Warm, buttery, and full of flavor, this Garlic Herb Parmesan Popcorn is what snack dreams are made of. Popped in rich Golden Age Fats Beef Tallow, it gets a crisp texture and deep, savory flavor that pairs perfectly with parmesan, garlic, and herbs. It’s quick to make, wildly addictive, and just fancy enough to turn movie night into something special.

Ingredients
-
½ cup popcorn kernels
-
3 tbsp Golden Age Fats Beef Tallow
-
⅓ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp dried Italian herbs
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
-
½ tbsp salt
-
¼ tsp black pepper
Directions
In a large, heavy-bottomed pot with a lid, heat 2 tbsp beef tallow over medium-high heat.
Add two popcorn kernels to test the heat. When they pop, the tallow is ready.
Add the remaining popcorn, cover with the lid (slightly ajar to let steam escape), and shake the pot occasionally as it pops. Cook until popping slows, about 3–5 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the hot popcorn with the remaining 1 tbsp of melted beef tallow, then immediately sprinkle the seasoning mix over top.
Toss well to coat evenly and serve warm.
